Originally built as a window and door factory in the 1890’s, the 90,000 SF building has been vacant for a number of years. Currently under construction, the building will eventually house 69 affordable apartments, covered parking, an indoor playground, a computer room, fitness center, and community gathering room with a catering kitchen.
