The project sits on the site of a former Winn Dixie grocery store that has been converted to a Program of All-Inclusive Care (PACE) Center for the Elderly. 

The new construction apartment building contains 30 one bedroom apartments along with a community room and kitchen, a fitness room, and a library.

Completed in the fall of 2013.
