PERMANENT SUPPORTIVE HOUSING

A former Days Inn hotel, Compass Point Village is now apartments for 87 formerly unhoused individuals. The project also includes office and operations for Homeward Bound of Asheville, which operates the facility.

The adaptive reuse project transformed the old hotel and also features an outdoor gathering space where the swimming pool used to be, an onsite laundry, a cafeteria, a computer lab, and a library.

Completed in the fall of 2023.
