Asheville, North Carolina (River Arts District)

Part of the vibrant redevelopment of Asheville's River Arts District, RAD Lofts is a planned high-density, urban, mixed-use development currently under construction.  The project introduces 235 one and two bedroom apartments, including a percentage of affordable units, along with retail space, office space, and a parking garage.

The location, building design, and project's integration into the City Of Asheville's Master Plan for the River Arts District will support retail and restaurants catering to the both the local neighborhood and the strong tourist markets.
