AFFORDABLE HOUSING / ADAPTIVE RE-USE

Originally built as a window and door factory in the 1890s, the 90,000 square foot building had been vacant for many years.

The building now contains 69 affordable apartments, covered parking, an indoor playground, a computer room, fitness center, and community gathering room with a catering kitchen.

Construction was completed in 2012.

Construction cost approximately $8,000,000.
