Situated on a tight urban infill site, the Burton Street development is comprisee of five modern cottages in West Asheville.

North Carolina Green Built and Energy Star certified, each three story cottage features spacious open floor plans, front porches, and private outdoor space. 

Three cottages were built in 2019 and two in the fall of 2020.
