The Harrison is a new mixed use building on a steeply sloping site that once housed a commercial structure in Asheville’s Five Points neighborhood near the Montford Historic District.

Situated between Broadway Street and the Reed Creek Greenway, the building was designed with an eye towards the traditional architecture of the Montford Historic District while also embracing a more modern aesthetic reflecting that moving north from town.

The 35 unit development contains a mix of studios and one bedroom and two bedroom units. Many of the units have private decks and terraces overlooking the greenway.

Construction was completed summer of 2020.
