Due to the positive feedback from their customers and increase in business at their Rowhouse designed store in Asheville, the Blossman Gas Company hired Rowhouse Architects to create a prototype for the regional propane company.

A site was located in Hendersonville and the new prototype store was constructed in 2018. The new store prominently features the new Blossman logo, curved canopy, porthole window, and other Art Deco references first seen at the original Asheville store. Future prototype buildings are planned for a number of locations throughout the Southeast.

Construction completed in 2018.
