Situated on the lower slope of Asheville’s Beaucatcher Mountain, Beaucatcher Flats is a 97 unit apartment community with panoramic views and a contemporary design.

The building is designed to take maximum advantage of the views and to step up the steeply sloped three acre site. Meaningful outdoor spaces are created by a lower level courtyard with a fireplace and an upper level terrace containing a swimming pool, fire pits and landscaped gathering spaces.

Inside, there's an emphasis on communal space with a large lobby holding multiple seating areas, a fitness center, a bicycle storage room and a pet spa.

Rowhouse worked closely with fin.studio to create a striking finishes package for the community.  Premium finishes and exterior balconies are offered in some upgraded units.
