MARKET RATE HOUSING

Rowhouse Architects was commissioned to design two nine-unit condominium buildings, The Mitchell and The Craig, as well as two parking structures. The Blue Ridge Mountain Club is an integrated development with stunning mountain views.

The condominium buildings contain a mix of studios, two, and three bedroom units. Fin Studios worked with Rowhouse architects on a design that reflects a passion for outdoor living and a nature-focused community.

Both buildings were completed in 2017.
