MARKET RATE HOUSING

Inspired by urban brownstones, The Broadway consists of 22 townhouses in three separate structures. Tucked between the historic Montford District and the Five Points Neighborhood, Rowhouse was tasked with incorporating elements of the surrounding historic neighborhoods while also creating a new project that could stand on its own merit.

Each unit has a stoop facing Broadway as well as a deck off the main living floor and a roof deck on the 3rd level. Garages are provided for each unit from the rear. Buyers were allowed to select the interior finishes.

The development also included the restoration of the Reed Creek that flows along the rear of the project.

The Broadway was completed in the winter of 2022.
